These terms apply to use of the OpenSonde platform by authorised users acting on behalf of an organisation. By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms.
Access
Access is currently provided on an invite or organisation basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use.
- No attempts at unauthorised access.
- No malicious payload submissions or abuse of ingestion endpoints.
Availability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OpenSonde is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
